Our commercial and valuations is going to be led by none-other than Ryan Stevens BSc (Hons) RICS DipArb MRICS FCIArb.
Ryan is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 14 years’ experience in valuations and is an active property investor in Multi-Let Industrial Estates.
He graduated in Property Management in his hometown university of Sheffield Hallam before moving on to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor with RICS in 2010. Ryan went on to join the RICS Registered Valuer scheme since it was introduced in 2012. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and sits on the RICS Presidents Panel for Rent Review and Lease Renewal Arbitrators.

- Introduction to commercial leases / Heads of Terms - how to add value using ‘paper asset management'
- Industrial CMO project walk-round (60,000 sqft site plus storage container business)
